What this website does not do

• It sets no tracking or analytics cookies and uses no local storage. The only cookies that can appear are the strictly necessary security cookies described under “Security cookies” below.
• It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
• It loads no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. Everything is served from the site itself, including the font.
• It has no accounts, no sign-up forms and no contact form.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, Cloudflare's servers receive and process technical request data: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested URL, the referring page, and your browser and device type (user agent). This data is processed in server and security logs to deliver the site and to keep it secure and available. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Swiss FADP). I do not use this data to identify you or to build profiles.

Cloudflare acts as my processor under its Data Processing Addendum. Because Cloudflare is based in the USA, data can be processed outside Switzerland and the EEA. Such transfers rest on Cloudflare's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the UK Extension, and on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses included in the Data Processing Addendum. Cloudflare's own privacy practices are described in its Privacy Policy.

Security cookies

This website itself sets no cookies. Cloudflare, however, can set strictly necessary security cookies (for example __cf_bm or cf_clearance) when its bot protection or a security challenge is active, to protect the site against abuse and automated attacks. These cookies are not used for tracking, analytics or profiling.

Contacting me by email

If you email hello@jappjstudio.app, I process your email address and the contents of your message to read and answer it. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or the steps needed to enter into a contract if you ask about one. I keep the correspondence as long as needed to deal with your request and for any legal retention duties, then delete it. Mail sent to this address is forwarded to my mailbox by Cloudflare Email Routing (Cloudflare, Inc., as my processor, see above). Your email provider and mine also transport the message, and email is not end-to-end encrypted by default.

Links to other sites

This site links to the App Store, Instagram and TikTok. Nothing is loaded from them until you click a link. After that, the operator's own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You can ask me for access to the personal data I hold about you, and for its correction or deletion, or object to its processing, by emailing hello@jappjstudio.app. You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Switzerland that is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); if you live in the EU or EEA, you can contact your local authority.

Changes

If this site changes in a way that affects your data, for example by adding analytics, I will update this notice first and change the date above.
